Lots of good people put their hearts into Shelter’s existence. They all are our good friends and you will love them too. Everything done by them is certainly efficient.

Have you got kitchen to cook?

That’s right, we do have a fully equipped kitchen. There you have microwave, electric oven, fridge and all other necessary kitchen devices. Tea and coffee are always for free for all our guests.

Where we can find u?

Shelter is in Moscow in our favorite area with exquisite old architectural buildings. It is very peaceful and quite part of the city. If you are fond of theatres you can find some of them nearby. If you walk just several minutes away from Shelter you will find yourself at vivid streets Myasnitskaya and Pokrovka. They all are full of restaurants, cafes, pubs, pharmacies, beauty salons and shops. We will recommend you our favorite places around Shelter and in other places with great pleasure.

We are family, we want to stay in a double room. Can you find an extra place for our kid?

Sure, we do have extra beds, please let us know about it beforehand.

Is it very noisy in Shelter?

We have a big territory, so everybody will find his private space here depending on what you want. Playing board games in red hall or quite reading in leisure room is up to you to choose. Apart from library in leisure room you can use TV, DVD, radio, music, board games.

Can I bring my pet?

We do love pets, but some guest might feel uncomfortable. So in this case we can help you to find special hotel for your pet as well.

Can I bring my friends to hostel?

Sure, we don’t mind you bringing your friends till 10 p.m.

Do you accept credit cards?

Sure, you can pay with your credit /debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro and Diners Club!
